Current refund and cancellation policy

Refund Policy

Last updated: August 26, 2026

UTMora Pro is a monthly SaaS subscription at $9.99 USD, sold through Paddle as Merchant of Record.

Checkout and billing

The checkout will identify the Merchant of Record, total charge, applicable tax, renewal schedule, cancellation method, and the buyer terms that govern payment before purchase. The Merchant of Record will receive and process payment and may administer refunds and disputes. This policy states UTMora's support approach; the Merchant of Record's buyer terms and mandatory consumer rights prevail where they provide additional or non-waivable rights.

Refund requests

Refund requests made within 14 calendar days of an initial subscription charge or renewal are assessed promptly under the checkout terms and applicable law. Duplicate or unauthorized charges and a material failure to provide the purchased service are prioritized. Some consumers have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract; any consent or acknowledgement required to begin a digital service immediately and any effect on that right is shown at checkout. Include the account email, transaction reference, charge date, and reason—but never send a password, full card number, bank credential, identity document, or API secret.

Cancellations

You can cancel through Paddle's customer portal or by contacting support. Cancelling a free trial before its displayed end date prevents the first $9.99 monthly charge; access follows Paddle's authoritative effective cancellation date. Cancelling a paid subscription before the renewal date prevents the next charge but does not by itself refund the current billing period. Unless the checkout terms or applicable law say otherwise, access continues through the applicable trial or paid period. Partial-period or prorated refunds are not offered except where required by law or approved for a service issue.

Access after a refund or dispute

A full refund, reversed payment, chargeback, or confirmed fraud may end the associated Pro access. Workspace data is not automatically deleted when access ends. Refund timing depends on the payment method and Paddle's processing timelines.

How to ask for help
