Terms of Service
These terms govern access to UTMora, a software service for building, organizing, and, where enabled, tracking campaign links.
Operator
UTMora is a product and brand of ФОП Гаврик Станіслав Сергійович, based in Полтава, Україна. Contact: utmoreumt@gmail.com. Checkout is unavailable. Any additional seller information that applicable law requires for a paid electronic transaction will be disclosed before paid subscriptions open.
The service
The Free product builds one UTM URL at a time without requiring an account or saving it to a UTMora workspace. Pro is a private, single-user workspace for campaign records, saved links, tracked links, and the additional features described on the pricing page. UTMora does not promise conversion attribution, advertising-platform reporting, or uninterrupted delivery.
Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information, keep access to your sign-in method secure, and promptly report suspected misuse. Authentication proves identity but does not by itself grant Pro access. You must be legally able to enter this agreement. UTMora is intended for business and professional use and is not directed to anyone under 18.
Subscriptions and payment
Pro checkout is not currently available. When subscriptions open, the price, billing period, applicable taxes, renewal terms, payment method, and Merchant of Record will be disclosed at checkout. A subscription will renew until cancelled under the checkout and customer-portal terms shown at purchase. The Refund Policy will apply alongside any mandatory consumer rights.
Your content and acceptable use
You retain responsibility for destination URLs, campaign labels, and other content you submit. You grant UTMora the limited right to process that content only to operate, secure, and support the service. Do not use UTMora for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, malicious, or privacy-invasive activity; to distribute malware; or to evade platform or network safeguards. We may restrict access reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, or the service.
Third-party services
Authentication, hosting, database, DNS, support email, and future payment functions rely on third-party service providers. Their availability and their own terms may affect the service. A generated or tracked link may lead to a third-party destination that UTMora does not control or endorse. Current providers and their roles are described in the Privacy Policy.
Service changes and termination
Features may change as UTMora develops. Material changes affecting a paid subscription will be communicated where required. You may stop using the Free product at any time. Paid cancellation and post-cancellation access will follow the terms displayed when checkout becomes available. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, legal requirements, security risk, or abuse.
Disclaimers and liability
Generated links should be reviewed before publication. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available and without implied warranties, and the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. For a business customer, the operator's total liability arising from a paid subscription will not exceed the amount that customer paid for UTMora during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without applying rules that would replace them with another jurisdiction's law. This choice does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections or a mandatory forum available under the law of the consumer's country. Please contact support first so the parties can try to resolve a concern informally. If that does not resolve it, disputes may be brought before the competent courts of Ukraine or any other court that applicable mandatory law permits.
